കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഫിനാൻഷ്യൽ എന്റർപ്രൈസസ് (KSFE) നിലവിലെ സ്വത്ത്/സ്വത്തുകൾ വിലയനിർണ്ണയ രീതികളും നയങ്ങളും പരിഷ്കരിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. ഇതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി, വിവിധ പദ്ധതികൾക്കായി സുരക്ഷയായി വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്ന സ്വത്ത്/സ്വത്തുകളുടെ വിലയനിർണ്ണയത്തിനായി യോഗ്യരായ വാല്യുവർമാർക്ക് അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അപേക്ഷകൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട റീജണൽ ഓഫീസുകളിലെ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് ജനറൽ മാനേജർമാർക്ക് മാത്രം സമർപ്പിക്കണം. ഓൺലൈൻ അപേക്ഷയുടെ പ്രിന്റൗട്ട് ഒപ്പുവച്ച്, പ്രധാന അപേക്ഷയുടെ ഹാർഡ് കോപ്പിയും പിന്തുണയുള്ള രേഖകളും 2025 ജൂലൈ 5-ന് മുമ്പ് തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത റീജിയനുകൾക്ക് സമർപ്പിക്കണം.

Educational Qualification:
I. Land & Building / Real Estate Valuation:- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Town Planning:
- From a recognized university established under State or Central Act, AMIE, or equivalent, whether in India or abroad.
- 3 years of work experience in land & building/real estate valuation after completing the degree or equivalent.
- Alternatively:
- Must be registered with IBBI.
- Must be a member of any organization registered as RVO with IBBI.
- Degree from a Recognized University:
- From a university established under State or Central Act or equivalent.
- Formerly employed in a post under the Government of Kerala as Deputy Collector, Tahsildar, Deputy Tahsildar, Settlement Officer, or equivalent, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- 3 years of experience in real estate valuation (not applicable for existing KSFE valuers).
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Town Planning:
- From a recognized university established under State or Central Act, AMIE, or equivalent.
- Formerly employed in a post under the Government of Kerala as Executive Engineer, Assistant Engineer, or equivalent not below the rank of Assistant Engineer.
- 2 years of experience in real estate/land & building valuation.
II. Agricultural Land Valuation:
- No specific courses are available in the country to qualify as a valuer of agricultural land.
- Knowledge of valuation principles (cost, price, value, worth, various types of value, value elements, characteristics, annuities, capitalization rate, capital redemption) is required.
- Experience: Calculated from the date of first empanelment with any bank/financial institution (as per the application form format).
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Town Planning:

Eligibility Criteria (for Valuers under Sl. No. 1.1):
- Must be a member in good standing of any one of the valuer associations: IOV, IESMA, PVAI, IIV, CVSRTA, Council of Engineers and Valuers, Divya Jyoti Foundation, or any other valuer association registered as RVO with IBBI.
Remuneration
- Valuation Fee:
- Up to ₹2 crore: ₹1,000
- Above ₹2 crore: ₹1,500
